HPM I TRAINING PROGRAM
The HPM I training consists of three different modules. Each module has classroom or virtual training days and many interactive tools around it to make the modules more effective and to help you implement the skills. Below is a brief overview of what you can expect in training.
During the first module you’ll focus on mastering the art of situational leadership, according to Ken Blanchard’s SLII model. This is the most used leadership model in the world. We divide this module into three parts: Launch, Learn & Practice and Master. During Launch you will get access to interactive tools to learn more about your personal leadership style. During the Learn & Practice phase, a trainer takes you through the theory and there will be a lot of practice in small groups. The Master phase focuses entirely on putting these leadership skills into practice. You receive one year of access to the Blanchard Exchange where you’ll find digital tools and resources te help you implement the skills.
The second module focuses on creating a culture of open dialogue in your team. You learn to make people feel safe, so that everyone can speak openly and honestly, no matter the subject. This module follows the same structure as the first module, with many interactive, digital tools around the training days. For example, the digital Crucial Conversations Coach will help you after the training to deepen your knowledge and practice the different skills.
In the last part of the program you will gain new insights from our DiSC concept. You’ll discover your personality style and what this means compared to other styles. You become aware of your pitfalls as a manager and you learn to use the differences in your team as an advantage.
