TRAINER CERTIFICATION IN 3 STEPS

OBTAIN PROVISIONAL CERTIFICATION

Attend the normal training and complete the 2-day train-the-trainer program aftwerwards. During the certification we focus on deepening content knowledge, maximizing instructional design through use of videos and exercises, and clearly explaining content through the use of storytelling.

BECOME FULLY CERTIFIED

In order for trainers to be successful, it is imperative that their organization supports them in the training process. Certified Trainers should come from a sponsoring workplace that has committed budget to the training. To become fully certified you have to successfully teach three courses within nine months.

SKILL MAINTENANCE

Continue training as often as possible. The Master Trainer will be your coach to further improve your skills as a trainer. Visit our Trainer Zone for training aids, quick prep videos, webiners, and downloadable resources.

You dive into the content of the training program to understand, feel and live it. Together with the Master Trainer you determine where you to improve.

TUNE CONTENT TO THE GROUP

You learn how to recognize groups and how you can match the content to the experience level and composition of the group.

MAXIMIZE PARTICIPATION

You learn to listen and respond to the group in a way that makes a maximum impression and encourages group involvement.

DIDACTIC SKILLS

Become proficient in voice and tone, asking questions, explaining assignments, using technical tools and creating a safe learning environment for the participants.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN

Together with the Master Trainer you work on a personal action plan to further develop yourself as a certified trainer.

ORGANIZATIONAL ROLL-OUT

You gain access to our Trainer Zone with digital tools and work closely with our people to roll-out the training effectively in your organization.
