After having held exclusive rights to Crucial Learning training in the Benelux for over a decade, VitalTalent is now privileged to add the Getting Things Done Foundational Course to its core curriculum. This new partnership allows the international training company to expand its service offering with the prestigious GTD program developed by world-renowned productivity expert David Allen.

Since November 2023, VitalTalent has held the license for this popular course in the Benelux region and thereby replaces the previous license holder, Meereffect.

Absolutely! GTD is the foundational training to learn how to implement the GTD method of David Allen in practice. However, there have been two major changes:
1 – In 2018, David Allen transferred the global license to Crucial Learning. Crucial Learning updated the training in 2022, so it fully aligns with the practical questions and the desire to be able to take the training online.
2 – In November 2023, VitaLTalent becamejm the official Benelux partner for the Getting Things Done training and to train trainers.
About the License and Trainer Certification

We have some good news: you can easily convert your certification to the new Crucial Learning version. We temporarily offer the conversion to the new GTD Foundational Course free of charge. We only ask a small fee for your new Crucial Learning trainer materials.

It’s great that you also want to become a GTD trainer within your organization. For this, we have developed a unique Train-the-Trainer program in which we guide you step by step.
The whole process looks as follows:
Introductory conversation with VitalTalent to discuss your wishes and goals.
Participate in the 1-day GTD Fundamentals course.
Sign a trainer agreement and gain access to the Trainer Suite with your training materials.
Participate in the 2-day GTD trainer training.
Develop a plan of action for the rollout of GTD trainings within your organization (implementation guide).
Plan your first training.
Prepare your training and don’t forget to purchase learner guides for all participants.
Facilitate your first training(s).
Besides the learning guides, there’s another component, which is retraining. VitalTalent is currently offering this retraining for free and it takes half a day. Dennis will also discuss this with you when he talks to you about the learning guides.
