SLII PROGRAM
The SLII training module is organized into 3 phases: Launch, Learn & Practice and Master. It’s less of a one-time workshop and more of a “learning experience” that individuals are exposed to over time. By giving learners access to content outside the classroom, and practice skills within the classroom, the e-learning assets in the SLX program provide multiple learning resources and even back-on-the-job use (workplace application).
Managers set their first steps into becoming a situational leader with our Launch pre-training program. With online, interactive learning tools they’ll learn more about their current leadership style, flexibility, and goals. The Launch phase focusses on making the next phase more effective with videos, self-assessments and the SLII Fitness Test.

SLII is known as a high-impact training. In this phase managers will learn to use the SLII model in engaging (virtual) classroom training or completely online (on-demand training). The learning design is efficient with award-winning video, group participation, and personal reflection. During the training you’ll work on your personal challenge and build a plan that can immediately be effectively executed as result.

To help you implement the skills of a servant leader, we provide a 1 year access to the Blanchard Exchange. In this digital platform you’ll gain access to the SLII Challenge, e-learning modules, e-learning tools, conversation starters, and much more. Manage your progress into becoming the leader your people need. You’ll also gain access to the SLII smartphone app. The SLII Diagnosis app is a quick and powerful tool to allow leaders to apply the model on the job. The app includes a diagnosis wizard, leadership style tips, and an interactive SLII Model.
