Powering Inspired Leaders™ is a situation-based approach, in which managers learn to diagnose the level of development per task and adapt their leadership style accordingly to give exactly what the employee needs at that moment. We distinguish the following levels of development:
The course is given both in-person and virtually. Our virtual method is highly interactive with the same high-quality learning effects. The two-day course is the heart of the complete learning experience with an extensive pre- and post-process. The course can be used in-company for all managers or specific intact-teams. The two-day training can also become a part of existing programs for the entire organization.
