With our Live Online training we meet these important criteria. In a Live Online training, the trainer teaches skills online during live sessions. Together with a producer, who assists with technical issues, the trainer provides an interactive and effective learning environment. The Live Online sessions are shorter to make it easy to schedule around other work activities. During training a lot of attention goes out to (social) interaction, for example with breakout sessions, in which participants practice the skills in small groups.
Especially during the time of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is important to continue to develop yourself, your team and organization. This makes teams and organizations stronger, with the ability to easily adapt to new circumstances. The Live Online training option is ideal for teams that cannot physically meet.

Our Live Online training is just as effective as our ‘regular’ face2face training. In short sessions of 3 hours you learn to master the skills spread over several days. The shorter sessions make it easier to maintain focus and combine it with other work on the same day. In the interactive sessions, the trainer takes you through the theory with slides and videos and there is plenty of room for (social) interaction, questions and exercises in small groups.
After the Live Online training you will have access to digital implementation tools that will help you to apply the skills in work and life. With these tools we make the Live Online learning experience even more effective.
