Truly influencing an organizational culture is done from within, with ambassadors leading the way. Many organizations therefore choose to certify their own employees as trainers, for example for the training concepts Crucial Conversations for Mastering Dialogue, Crucial Conversations for Accountability and Influencer. After the regular training, one follows the train-the-trainer of 1 or 2 days. One can choose to follow this train-the-trainer face-to-face or online. The internal trainers not only learn how to give this training face-to-face to their colleagues, but also how they can do this online in a professional way. With the support of a Master Trainer and various digital tools, they train colleagues to positively influence the culture from within. Our comprehensive, but accessible train-the-trainer concept is a cost-effective method to train (large) groups of managers and employees in crucial skills for better relationships, teamwork and results.

TRAINER CERTIFICATION IN 3 STEPS
OBTAIN PROVISIONAL CERTIFICATIONAttend the normal training and complete the 2-day train-the-trainer program aftwerwards. During the certification we focus on deepening content knowledge, maximizing instructional design through use of videos and exercises, and clearly explaining content through the use of storytelling.
BECOME FULLY CERTIFIEDIn order for trainers to be successful, it is imperative that their organization supports them in the training process. Certified Trainers should come from a sponsoring workplace that has committed budget to the training. To become fully certified you have to successfully teach three courses within nine months.
SKILL MAINTENANCEContinue training as often as possible. The Master Trainer will be your coach to further improve your skills as a trainer. Visit our Trainer Zone for training aids, quick prep videos, webiners, and downloadable resources.

MAXIMIZE PARTICIPATIONYou learn to listen and respond to the group in a way that makes a maximum impression and encourages group involvement.
DIDACTIC SKILLSBecome proficient in voice and tone, asking questions, explaining assignments, using technical tools and creating a safe learning environment for the participants.
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PLANTogether with the Master Trainer you work on a personal action plan to further develop yourself as a certified trainer.
