The art of stress-free productivity
Getting Things Done (GTD), a worldwide acclaimed training concept from David Allen, teaches you how to achieve stress-free productivity. The training enables you to structure all the information that comes to you through e-mail, telephone, colleagues, etc. This ensures that you can trust one system, then focus on choosing what to do.
The focus of the training is not time management, but rather, self-management. In one day, you’ll learn how the system works and how you can apply it to your life, with the primary focus being your work life. In fact, your private life can also become really organized using David Allen’s thoroughly thought-out model.
Do you want to work more productively and experience less stress? The high-impact training Getting Things Done is for you!

WHO BENEFITS FROM GETTING THINGS DONE?
Nobody ever stops learning how to become more productive. Few people have the ideal workflow which enables them to work productively and without stress. GTD is for everyone who wants to be more productive and focused in order to achieve better results.
Knowledge workers greatly benefit from a good workflow because they’re exposed to dynamic and complex streams of information. Using the GTD skills, they can follow a sytem that enables them to excel in their work.
Teams and organizations which want to be more productive, achieve better results, and tackle work stress can do this using Getting Things Done.
THE EFFECTS OF GETTING THINGS DONE
You’ll learn skills to manage the constant flow of information, tasks, and distractions. This new system will bring you peace of mind; that enables you to be more productive and experience less stress.
The GTD system gives you room in your head so you can think about what you want to do and what you want to achieve. You’ll learn to focus on what really matters.
With GTD’s productivity skills, you can fully utilize your own expertise. Don’t run from task to task but instead, optimize your personal workflow and maximize your potential!

GETTING THINGS DONE MODEL
1 CAPTURE – Use a notebook, a voice recorder, e-mail, or a smart phone app to capture 100% of everything that demands your attention.
2 CLARIFY – Take everything which you’ve captured and ask, “Do I need to do something with this?” No? Then throw it away, incubate it, or file it for later. Yes? Decide what is the very next action required.
3 ORGANIZE – Organize your tasks into the right lists so that it’s clear what you’ll need to do at the moment that you’ll need to do it.
4 REFLECT – Do weekly maintenance. Clean up and update your lists, then clear your head.
5 ENGAGE – Simply do. Use your system to do the right task at the right moment.

WHAT CLIENTS SAY
How do you improve teamwork? Abbott Nutrition has implemented the Influencer training over the last few years. We've certified in-house trainers that have trained from Spain to Singapore and from India to Chicago. Many of our locations have noticed the powerful change that Influencer brought in creating effective behavior. The interactive training method has proven to be successful and has contributed to winning the prestigious 'Shingo' prize at four Abbott factories, an award that focuses primarily on “getting the best out of your people”.
As a project engineering organization, we realize that "technical brains" are often less strong in speaking up, especially on difficult topics. The result we see after 2 years of intensive Crucial Conversations training, is that the awareness of our managers and professionals improves and that engagement and exceptional team performance are not created by directive leadership and silence, but by stepping into dialogue, truly understanding each other and then find the solutions that improve results.
