The vision of the Building Trust Workshop

Trust can be hard to earn and easy to lose. It can be challenging to address trust issues within your organization. That’s why our award-winning trust experts created a four-step model that is easy to learn, easy to remember, and easy to use on the job. Our Building Trust program teaches leaders and their team members how to build trust to increase engagement, creativity, and commitment to the organization. After the workshop, participants will understand the impact of their behaviors on building trust or eroding trust with others. Your organization will gain a common language to talk about trust and people will be more comfortable asking for help, leading to quicker problem-solving.

What you will learn

The half day Building Trust workshop will teach participants to recognize and analyze trust issues and restoring trust by using the 4-step Building Trust framework. You can expect engaging participant materials, video’s and learning activities in a risk-free environment. Participant will learn the following key concepts:

  • The Building Trust framework
  • How to develop an action plan to engage in more trustworthy behaviors
  • A three-step process for restoring trust
  • How to plan and practice two trustworthy conversations

Available formats

The course is given both in-person and virtually. Our virtual method is highly interactive with the same high-quality learning effects. The half-day workshop is the heart of the complete learning experience with an extensive pre- and post-process. The workshop can be used in-company for leaders or teams. The workshop can also become part of your existing leadership programs.
