Our one-day DiSC training can’t be compared to other DiSC training programs. We focus on the development of insights and skills necessary for creating the common language which team members use to improve understanding and cooperation. Teams learn to use the skills as a springboard to better communication. Simple but effective communication helps teams avoid misunderstandings and reduce conflicts.
With the insights from this DiSC training, you’ll learn to understand people who aren’t like you, or who perhaps are just like you. Additionally, you’ll learn to see yourself in a way you’ve not seen yourself before. For many people, it’s an eye-opener and an effective learning program to achieve more as a team.

WHO BENEFITS FROM DISC TRAINING?
DiSC training offers unique insights into the individual’s own behavioral patterns. Usually, the outcome of the DiSC assessment alone increases personal awareness, but the trainer’s added analysis and explanation ensures even more insight into one’s own behavior.
For teams, DiSC provides insight into the different communication styles within the team. When they learn the to understand and accept differences, teams can see a clear improvement in communication.

THE EFFECTS OF DISC TRAINING
During the DiSC training, leaders and employees discover their own personal styles and what those mean in relation to other styles. Participants become aware of pitfalls. Through this, conflicts can be solved more quickly or even avoided.
