  • This offer is valid until I withdraw it, and I must give Vital Talent Agency LLC a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to withdrawing it, during which time Vital Talent Agency LLC has the right to confirm the date.
  • Upon Vital Talent Agency LLC. acceptance and confirmation of this offer, the deposit is due immediately.
  • If the offer is confirmed, I have entered into a legally binding Verbal Agreement/Contract. A written contract will be sent to me which summarizes those items which I verbally agreed to. Not signing the written contract does not free me from my obligations outlined in the Verbal Agreement
